We are very excited to be starting our new dance season
and adding five new teachers to our staff. We want to
welcome Stefanie Agar, Candace Bouchard, Sonja Polack,
Susie Schenk and
Tiffany Smith. We are very fortunate to have such an
excellent group of teachers. We hope you enjoy the
classes as much as we enjoy teaching them.

Food: Please note, FOOD & GUM are not allowed in
the dance studio or dressing room. Please feel free
to bring a water bottle if needed.
Floor: Be careful not to walk on the dance floor
with street shoes. Parents too! The floor is made
for dance shoes only - street shoes will ruin the
floor. Please help us in reminding your dancer to
only wear their dance shoes on our floor.
Hair: Please be sure to have your dancer’s hair
pulled back out of their face for dance class.
Creative Movement: Bun or Pony
Pre-Dance: Bun or Pony Tail
Jazz Class: Pony Tail
Ballet Class: Bun
Theatre Class: Pony Tail
Helpful hint: If your dancer comes straight from school
to dance on the bus, try having them wear their hair in
a bun or pony tail to school. Then it will be up when
they get to dance class.

Karen will discuss pointe shoe information and guide you
on when to purchase your shoes during your first pointe
class on September, 17th.
We still have limited parking at the studio,
plus we have a lot of dancers coming and going this
year, so we would like to give you a few reminders:
Please do not block or park in the private
driveways.
Be courteous and cautious when dropping off and
picking up your dancer from class.
If you have a young dancer please come up to the
studio to pick them up.
Remind your dancer to wait downstairs inside the
hallway of the studio when classes are finished. We
don’t want any of the dancers wandering around the
parking lot looking for their ride. If you have
time, please come up and get your dancer. This will
give you a chance to read the bulletin board and see
their progress.
Please drive SLOW down the gravel road and in
the gravel parking lot.
What To Wear To Class?
Be sure to check that your dancer has the correct
dancewear for class. Remember to have the straps sewn on
their shoes. This makes for a much more productive
class.
